Rain, dark evenings or a packed schedule: a treadmill keeps your running routine going. Refurbished treadmills from refurbed bring studio-quality brands to your home for up to 40% less than new. Each machine is refurbished by experts: a used unit is inspected, cleaned, repaired where needed and then sold with a warranty.
Listings show top speeds such as 20, 22, 25, 27 or 30 km/h. Walkers and casual joggers rarely need the highest figure, while sprint-focused athletes will. A stronger motor copes better with long sessions and heavier users.
A longer, wider belt gives taller runners room for a natural stride. Cushioned decks reduce impact on the joints. Some designs, like the curved Woodway 4Front or the Technogym Skillmill, are self-powered and respond to how you run.
Incline range matters for hill work. Consoles range from simple displays to large touchscreens, such as those on the Run Live series, with built-in programmes and entertainment.
Measure the length of the machine and think about the floor below. A commercial treadmill is heavy and may be noisy for a shared building, so consider where you will place it.
A safety key that stops the belt, sturdy handrails and a heart rate reading are useful, especially for newer runners. Check what each listing mentions so you know what is included.
Each listing describes the condition of the machine, and every item is checked by experts and comes with the min. 12-month warranty. Photos and descriptions show what to expect.
Technogym is the biggest name here, with Artis Run, Excite Run, MyRun, Skillrun and Skillmill models. Woodway’s 4Front offers a different running feel, and Italian Design has running and jogging home devices for simpler set-ups.
You can save up to 40% compared with buying new. Refurbished is also more sustainable vs new: a treadmill is a big, heavy product, so extending its life means fewer new machines have to be built.
A second-hand treadmill from a private seller usually has no warranty, no tested condition and no record of how many kilometres it has run. A refurbished treadmill is checked by experts, covered for at least 12 months and comes with a 30-day free trial.

Browse the refurbished treadmills above and compare top speeds, consoles and brands. If you are unsure, start with the kind of running you do most, whether that is easy miles, intervals or brisk walks, and let that guide your shortlist. The right belt for your training is waiting.
