Product condition can vary, but complaints have been handled fairly

I’ve bought a wide range of products through refurbed.dk and have been happy with most of my purchases. However, the condition of the products can vary quite a bit depending on the individual supplier. Receiving something that doesn’t meet expectations is frustrating, and I would appreciate more consistency between suppliers. That said, whenever I’ve had a justified complaint, I’ve always received compensation. Overall, my experience has been positive. Things haven’t always gone perfectly, but refurbed.dk has treated me fairly when problems have arisen—and that counts for a lot.
